1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double
The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller within the Baby Jogger range. It's designed for travel and easily fits through the majority of doors with its narrow design. It's also one of the most light double buggies available on the market, weighing just 14lb when folded. It's perfect for traveling with a toddler and infant because you won't be able to exceed airline luggage allowances. It also folds to the size of a backpack and can be tucked away in the back of your car when it's not in use.
The one-handed, Z-shape fold is easy to fold and it's extremely compact once you've mastered it. It can take a couple of minutes to fold. Our tester found the auto-lock a little confusing, and since the handlebar does not lock into place when you push it, it hit her leg when she tried to use it. She also felt the handlebar was a bit too short, especially with a big changing bag hanging off of it.
This double stroller is not as light as other buggies. Pushchairs And Prams comes with a wide array of features and is one the most versatile double strollers available on the market. It's compatible with two carrycots (available separately) It also has multiple recline positions, and an UV 50+ canopy. You can put an additional bassinet to one or both seats to make this an all-in-one travel system.
The four wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements as well as urban terrain, but they're not built for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel and there's a lack of clearance between the wheel and the bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. Our testers loved this buggy, and it was able to climb pretty muddy hills.

It's a heavier tandem buggie, but it's easy to use and drive especially on smooth pavements. It's stable in single and double mode and even on sloped ground. It's not as simple to drive on public transportation, however, since it requires more than one hand on the handlebar. It's also heavy and won't fit in the standard car boot with the seat attached, but this can be overcome with careful planning. iCandy include a footmuff, changing bag and car seat adapters in the price so this is an excellent value package for parents who are new.

The hoods were also simple to adjust for sun or wind protection. Our testers did find however that they didn't provide the same amount of coverage compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's worthwhile to pack a rain cover just in case.
Overall, our test participants loved the way that the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods, to rushing to the park for a quick playdate. Our testers were also amazed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are. There is plenty of room to stretch out for growing toddlers. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use a car seat with this buggy were noted as a disadvantage by our testers. They would have liked to see a larger storage space for shopping and other equipment.
